LTG AI Solutions America, LLC ("LTG AI", "we", "us", or "our") provides SMS notification services as part of our B2B software solutions. These SMS messages are sent for operational and transactional purposes only, including:
- Quality control alerts and failure notifications
- Operator login verification codes
- System status notifications
- Critical operational alerts
- Account security notifications
This service is NOT used for marketing or promotional purposes.
2. Consent & Opt-In
By entering into a contract with LTG AI Solutions at the enterprise level for our B2B software services, users consent to receive SMS messages related to service operations. Consent is provided through:
- Signing an enterprise service agreement
- Providing a phone number during account setup
- Opting in through application settings
You may revoke consent at any time by following the opt-out instructions below.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your usage of our services and operational needs. Generally:
